Refund policy
Due to the personalized nature of our custom wreaths, all sales are final and non-cancellable once your order has been shipped or the wreath creation process has begun. This means that once you have placed an order and it progresses beyond the initial design stage, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds due to change of mind.
If you receive a wreath that is not what you ordered:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your wreath with a clear explanation of the error and photos of the discrepancy. We will carefully review your claim and work with you to find a solution, which may include remaking your wreath at no additional cost.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your wreath upon arrival. If it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the damaged item or provide a full refund.
Important:
- Please understand that due to the handmade nature of our wreaths, slight variations in materials and size may occur. This is not considered a defect and is part of the charm of a unique piece.
- We recommend ordering early for seasonal wreaths, as we cannot guarantee replacements if stock runs out.
